We believe the artisanal traditions of Tuscany can be preserved by providing learning opportunities for the next generation. Spannocchia offers two unique, hands-on career apprenticeship programs each year: a Butcher Apprenticeship and a Culinary Apprenticeship. LEARN MORE & APPLY!

Spannocchia accepts a limited number of individual volunteers as farm needs and space allow, and also runs a 3-month winter volunteer program each year. Volunteers assist with a range of farm work and property maintenance, dictated by current projects, needs, and the season. LEARN MORE & APPLY!
