FARM INTERNSHIPS

A truly unique educational experience! Through involvement in the daily operations of Spannocchia as well as enrichment activities, interns learn about regenerative farming and animal care, conservation, restoration, Italian language, and local cultural history. LEARN MORE & APPLY!

We believe the artisanal traditions of Tuscany can be preserved by providing learning opportunities for the next generation. Spannocchia offers two unique, hands-on career apprenticeship programs each year: a Butcher Apprenticeship and a Culinary Apprenticeship. LEARN MORE & APPLY!

FARM VOLUNTEERS

Spannocchia accepts a limited number of individual volunteers as farm needs and space allow, and also runs a 3-month winter volunteer program each year. Volunteers assist with a range of farm work and property maintenance, dictated by current projects, needs, and the season. LEARN MORE & APPLY!
