Learn to ‘see’ artistically outdoors, paint on-location (plein air), all while immersed in beautiful Tuscany. All levels, all media. Daily demos in oil, and some in watercolor sketching. This is the 3rd time Christine has held a workshop at this location.

Coordinator’s Bio

Christine is an American artist known for her colorful and dramatic oils. She has taught workshops and classes for over 20 years. Her awards include Best of Show at: Plein Air Telluride, Bath County, and Plein Air Texas. Other awards include the Bold Brush Award, ARC salon, Plein Air Salon Top 5 Annual Finalist, and Best Landscape at the 27th Oil Painter’s of America (OPA) National show. Publications include the cover of Plein Air Magazine.

Includes Standard Room, all meals, art instruction, lodging, ground transportation to/from the Tuscan estate from Florence and 2 day-trips to historic hill-towns for shopping, painting and sight-seeing. All rooms have a private bathroom, some en-suite (some adjacent). Art studio, trails for hiking, and farm-to-table organic meals. One day early arrival suggested in Florence to recover from jet-lag for international students (24th).
