Harvard e143 2025 Program Registration

Please submit the following registration form and program payment for the Harvard e143 2025 trip from May 4-11, 2025. Each student must complete a registration form by January 10, 2025 to be confirmed in the class.

Program Information & Payment

ROOMING & PRICING INFORMATION: Accommodations will be double rooms, shared with another student from the class. The program fee is €1070, paid in USD based on the current exchange rate. In addition, all participants are required to become members of Friends of Spannocchia at the $30 student rate (tax-deductible donation).
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Full payment is due at registration. Please note that $150 is non-refundable at any time after registration. Before 45 days in advance of trip (March 20, 2025), the remaining balance is refundable. Within 45 days of the trip, all fees are non-refundable. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.

This membership is a tax-deductible donation to Friends of Spannocchia, a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You will receipt an official gift acknowledgement upon completion of the program.
